Executive Directors
David & Debbie Bragonier, CEO/Executive Directors, Barnabas Financial Ministry
David Bragonier is the CEO/Executive Director of Barnabas Financial Ministry. Since 1984, both he and his wife, Debbie, have been teaching God's principles of finances at seminars, conventions and conferences. Dave writes and publishes the “Barnabas Encourager” newsletter, regularly speaks on radio talk shows, has been a guest on local television programs. He trains lay counselors and helps churches implement their own financial ministry as well as personally counsels individuals and pastors.
Debbie assists with all of the administrative duties for Barnabas Financial Ministry. She also teaches women's groups regarding husband and wife relationships, children's finances, education and other related topics. On occasion, she joins Dave as a seminar presenter and workshop speaker. Debbie is also a CA licensed real estate agent with HomeSmart Realty.
Dave and Debbie have been married since 1970. They have five adult children, all of which they home schooled, and currently have seven grandchildren.
Board of Directors
ERIK CARLSON, PRESIDENT
Erik joined the Barnabas Board in 2018. He is in the investment services business. Erik is also a motivational entertainer for businesses and organizations. He has been married to Renee since 1998. They have three children, home educate, are involved with a local church and also serve in the community.
SCOTT MULLER, SECRETARY
In 2012, Scott joined Barnabas Financial Ministry as a Board Member. He and his wife, Lisa have been married since 1991 and have three wonderful boys. Scott is a loan officer with US Bank Home Mortgage and their whole family is involved with Bridgeway Christian Church as well as many other local community outreach programs.
KEN SMITH, BOARD MEMBER
Ken joined the Barnabas Financial Ministry as a Board Member in 1995 when they lived in Washington. Ken is the Director of Partner Services for Strategic Fulfillment Group in Big Sandy, TX. He and his wife, Shari, were married in 1991 and have a married son and daughter-in-law and three other children. Their family is very involved in their local church and community.
DOUG BROWN, BOARD MEMBER
Doug came on the Barnabas Board on 1/29/18. He has spent a lifetime in the insurance field. Doug is widowed from his wife, Diana. He has three adult children. Doug is an outgoing, caring man who does a lot of great networking of business people and various Christian groups.
